Hi lovelies,
I often get asked what I eat in a day. Therefore, I’ve listed everything I eat in a normal day here. So that you can recook what I ate I filmed a recipe video for you guys 🙂

Below you can find all ingredients:
Breakfast: Rice Pudding with Hot Cherries
Ingredients | Rice Pudding with Hot Cherries (2 portions)
- Approx. 750ml milk of your choice – I used almond milk
- 125g rice pudding
- 1 small glass cherries
- 3 tablespoons pudding powder
- A bit cinnamon
- Approx. 3 tablespoons sweetener of your choice
Lunch: Autumnal Turkey Burger
Ingredients | Autumnal Turkey Burger (2 portions)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 apple
- 25g rocket salad
- 1 tablespoon oil – I used coconut oil
- A bit apple juice
- 2 rolls – I used whole grain rollls
- A bit turkey breast
- A bit salt and pepper
Dinner: Lentils Tagliatelle
Ingredients | Lentils Tagliatelle (2 portions)
- 100g carrots
- 50g celery
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 garlic
- Optional: 100g spinach
- 0,5 tablesoon oil – I used coconut oil
- 100g red lentils
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 100ml vegetable broth
- 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
- A bit sweetener of your choice
- 200g tagliatelle or other noodles of your choice
- A bit salt and pepper
