28 Mar My Mobile Presets are finally available!!
I have amazing news for you guys: From now on my filters/ presets are finally available for the free Mobile Version of Lightroom (the app “Lightroom CC“). Hence, you won’t need to spend any money on the desktop versions of Lightroom 😀
Many of you guys wished for it because you either didn’t wanna spend so much money on the Lightroom subscription or didn’t wanna bring a laptop with you while traveling. Thus, I finally found a way to make my presets compatible for the free app “Lightroom CC” 🙂 Btw presets are nothing more than filters for Lightroom. They will make editing soooo much easier for you guys! I for instance edit ALL of my pictures with my presets. Find out more about them here.
So from now on all of my preset packs contain 10 filters suited for the desktop versions of Lightroom AND 10 filters suited for the Mobile version of Lightroom (the free app “Lightroom CC”). Btw I have not increased the price so from now on you just get double of the presets 🙂 Download them directly here.
Btw I still recommend you to get the Master Collection of my presets. It contains ALL 100 (!!!) of my presets and you save more than 50% compared to if you would purchase each pack alone. Thus, it’s an amazing deal!! The Master Collection also is the absolute bestseller followed by my Mountains Preset Pack, my Greece Preset Pack or my City Preset Pack. Compare all of my preset packs here 🙂
Directly after receipt of payment you will get an email with download link for your presets. Also check your SPAM folder because sometimes it ends there 😉 Afterwards you can start editing. From now on you will receive two folders: One with the desktop presets suited for the desktop versions of Lightroom and a second folder with Mobile Presets suited for the app. I explain you HERE how to import them into your desktop version and I also answer all frequently asked questions about my editing.
Now I wanna explain you how to import the mobile presets on your phone:
Step 1) Download the app – Download the free app “Adobe Lightroom CC”.
Step 2) Register – Register on the app. It is absolutely free and super quick 🙂
Step 3) Download the presets – Use a laptop to download the presets from the email your received. You get the download link directly after receipt of payment. Open the file “Mobile Presets”.
Btw if you have no chance to use a laptop send me an email AFTER PURCHASE with your purchase number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then I can send you the presets directly to your phone 🙂
Step 4) Transfer the presets to your phone – Now you need to send the presets to your phone. This is possible via AirDrop, iCloud Drive, DropBox or per E-Mail. I think AirDrop is the easiest and fastest way. However, Dropbox also works well! In that case you just need to upload every filter from the Dropbox to your camera roll. This can be done by clicking in the three dots above every preset and selecting “export”. This exports the filters into your camera roll.
Btw don’t be surprised that the files just look white or unedited on your phone. It will change once you upload them into the app 😉
Step 5) Create albums – Open the app “Lightroom CC” and create two albums. Name one of them “Maddi Presets” or such and the other one “My Pics” or so. Now import into the “Maddi Presets” album the presets. This is super easy by clicking on the lower right side on the “+” sign and afterwards selecting all DNG files. Now do the same with the album “My Pics” and import from your camera roll here the pictures that you wanna edit.
Btw if you have ordered the Master Collection it looks this beautiful and organized 🙂 That’s why I recommend the Master Collection to everyone because you get all 100 filters and thus have a filter for literrally EVERY occasion 🙂
Step 6) Apply the presets – In the album “Maddi Presets” now copy a filter that you wanna use. This is done by clicking on the upper right corner of a filter of your choice and aftewards selecting “Copy Settings”. Thereafter, go to the album “My Pictures”, click on the three dots again and select “Paste Settings”. Et voilá the filter is applied on your picture 😀
Now adjust the pic individually (I reveal HERE how this is done) and you are ready to post it 🙂
It sounds more complicated than it actually is because it is super easy and fast!! You will see: Already after a short period of time you will become an editing pro using my presets 🙂
Now have so much fun using them! I cannot wait to see your pictures so please share them on @pilotmadeleinepresets. See below a few more before & after editing pics using my presets.
