20 Jan Christmas & NYE in Dubai
Hi lovelies,
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas time and a great start into the new year 🙂 I wish you only the best for 2017!! Thank you so much for your incredible support the past year and for being the best readers in the world ❤️
How did you spend Christmas? I celebrated it at home with my family. We really had a wonderful celebration… maybe the best one ever 🙂 Again I’ve realized how lucky I am to have my loved ones healthy and happy around me. Why do you need material things when you already have all non-material things?
A big luck the past year was among others that I met an amazing men. Because he lives (like my parents) in Frankfurt I celebrated Christmas Day with him. Because so many of you wanted to know what we gave each other I wanna reveal it today: I gave him a huge fitness set consisting of protein powders, protein pancake mix, healthy peanut butter etc. as well as a GoPro dome so we could take some nice inside out pics in the Maldives.
I also got really spoiled by my boyfriend. He gave me two cool pairs of Nike sneakers and the sweetest giant teddy ever 😀 My boyfriend said: “So you have someone to cuddle with when I’m gone”. You should have seen how cute the teddy looked in his car and how big my smile was when I discovered him there 😀
My parents also totally spoiled me this Christmas. They gave me this beautiful bag. My parents were so sweet and hid small notes throughout our entire house so I don’t recognize what it is 😀 The funny thing is that because of my private situation I thought that I really don’t need anything material this year 😀
Even though I was super happy about all the presents I’ve received the biggest gift is that my loved ones are all fine and that I got to spend so much time with them during Christmas 🙂 And that a special person came into my life the past year 😉
Even better that I was able to spend NYE in Dubai with this amazing man. I’ve never been to Dubai and this city really fascinated me 🙂 A blog post with many travel tips for Dubai will follow soon.
We were able to attend most likely the best NYE party in Dubai, the Gala Dinner of the Atlantis Hotel. At our table there were only cool people, the fireworks were insane and my highlight was that late that night everyone of us danced together 🙂 I believe this was my best NYE ever!!
