29 Jun Disneyland Paris – Also a Dream for Adults
When I was a little child I always wanted to visit Disneyland. Unfortunately back then my wish didn’t come true but two years ago on New Year’s Eve. Back then I visited Disneyland Paris together with my boyfriend and it was incredible! Especially the fireworks gave me goosebumps and I almost cried out of joy 😀

Even better that you cannot only watch the fireworks on NYE but also on regular days. Hence, I was super excited visiting Disneyland Paris in summer. Because when it’s a bit warmer outside all the rides are just so much more fun 😀
We booked our tickets directly via Attraction Tickets Direct which has the advantage that you can book directly from home via your PC, you won’t need to stand in line in Disneyland and save lots of time through all that. We decided to go for the Two Day Pass (meaning the entrance into both parks for two days). We also booked the Fast Pass in advance so we wouldn’t have to stand in line 🙂 I can recommend this especially in summer time, on weekends or holidays as it really saves you lots of time. We were super happy with Attraction Tickets Direct as everything was totally unproblematic and we had a great time in Disneyland Paris 🙂
I was just a bit sad that my favorite ride Space Mountain was closed the entire time due to maintenance work 🙁 Nevertheless, we also enjoyed going on Indiana Jones or the Hunted House 🙂 Furthermore, I loved watching the games at the Sport’s Bar in Disney Village!
Again, I was most impressed by the Disney Fireworks which were simply magic!
The Disney Parade was also amazing to watch with all the Disney characters 🙂 Both are definitely a must see at least once in your lifetime!
Of course Disneyland is most beautiful when the weather is nice. We were so lucky that one of the two days it was amazing weather and really warm 🙂
We stayed almost directly in Disneyland Paris, at Disney’s Hotel New York. There is another hotel which is located even directly in Disneyland but unfortunately it was totally booked. Our hotel was only 5 minutes away by foot from the park so it was a great alternative. Our hotel had the most comfy bed ever so we slept really well 😀
Furthermore, the hotel has a very well equipped Gym and a nice and big Pool including an in- and outdoor pool and a Whirlpool. This was amazing for my fitness goals 😀
Searching for a healthy food place in Disneyland we also didn’t get disappointed. The Plaza Gardens Restaurant has a great All You Can Eat Buffet with super yummy (and also lots of) healthy dishes. With 35€ per person it’s not very cheap (unfortunately food prices are quite expensive in Disneyland) but you can definitely stay healthy if you skip the sweet desserts and just eat some fruit salad instead 😉
I always thought Disneyland is only something for kids but that is definitely not the case! We had such a great time in Disneyland Paris 🙂 There were many groups of adults and even some guy groups….ha ha 😀
