here is finally another healthy recipe. Feel free to let me know what recipes you’d like me to create. I love developing healthy alternatives to unhealthy dishes 😀
Here is my version of a Healthy Bee Sting Cake which tastes even better than the original as it is not soo sweet and won’t fill you up as much 😀

Low Carb Bee Sting Cake
Ingredients | Cake base
- 100g ground almonds
- 50g coconut flour or other healthy flour
- 7g baking powder
- 2 tablespoons light curd or greek yogurt
- 5 egg white, beaten
- 5 egg yolk
- 1 – 2 tablespoons sweetener of your choice
Ingredients | Topping
- 100g almond slices
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
Ingredients | Filling
- 1 package unsweetened vanilla pudding powder
- 400ml milk of your choice
- Sweetener as desired
- 200g light curd or greek yogurt
- 30g gelatin powder
Directions | Low Carb Bee Sting Cake
- Mix all ingredients well and add half of it onto a with parchment paper covered cake form.
- Bake it at 170°C for approx. 20 minutes.
- Let cake cool down, take it out of form and distribute other half of dough in form.
- Add first some sliced almonds, then some brown sugar or honey on top of dough.
- Bake it at 170°C for approx. 20 minutes.
- Let cake cool down.
- Prepare pudding according directions, just with 400ml milk and some sweetener.
- Mix pudding with curd or greek yogurt, some sweetener and gelatin powder (or vegan alternative) and let it cool down.
- Distribute pudding mixture onto below cake form and add above cake form.
- Let it cool down it fridge for at least 3 hours.
