NYE 2015 + Outfit Details
Hi sweeties and welcome in 2016! 🙂
I hope you had a wonderful evening and a great start of the new year! Thank you so much for your incredible support throughout the past year: on Instagram, YouTube and recently also on my Blog 🙂 Already in the second month my Blog had to many visiters… I would have never expected that. Und more and more are coming. Although we’ve already made a fourth upgrade you still crash my server sometimes 😛 We will definitely upgrade again this year so I hope there won’t be any server crashs anylonger 😛 Thank you so much for everything!! You guys are simply the best ♡
How did you spent last night?
We had an incredible evening with seven great people and one pug 😀 At 7pm Isabelle and Konsti, two good friends of ours arrived with their pug at our place in FFM. We had a great start into the evening together with my parents, my boyfriend and my brother.
As a starter we had cantaloupe with serrano ham, thereafter raclette and an ice cream cake with fresh berries as dessert. After dinner we played some games until shortly before midnight.
At midnight we tossed into the new year with some champagne and and gave each other big hugs. Then we went outside and the guys had fun playing with the fireworks 😀 After that we did some pouring of molten lead. I’m not sure whether that is also a tradition in your country but in Germany it’s very popular in order to predict your future 😀 Isabelle and Konsti both got a stork, sperm and a nest. Pretty clear what that means… haha 😛
Like written before my boyfriend and I were initially planning to spend NYE in Paris which we cancelled after the attacks there. And I’m glad we did. Otherwise we would have missed out on spending an incredible evening with some loved people 🙂
You can find the recipe for this piggy cake here. The cake is also great for birthdays or other special occasions 🙂
I hope you also had a great start into the new year and I’m wishing you only the best for 2016! ♡
Find all outfit details below my last pic like always 😉
Here you can see a closeup of my current nails. Some of you asked me about my opinion of the StripLac System that I got from my boyfriend’s mother for Christmas. Here you can read my blogpost “What I got for Christmas”. I’ve been testing the StripLac System for three days now and I really love it. My nails look like gel nails from the nail salon except that they are not gel nails and you save a lot of time and money 😀 So they are perfect for me… haha. There are also many other colors available but I like french manicure most because it looks the most natural 🙂
