Selfmade Quest Bars

Selfmade Quest Bars

I’m a huge protein bar lover. I think it’s super convenient always carrying a healthy snack or just a protein bar with you in case you get really hungry. That’s why I always have at least one Quest Bar in my purse 😀

However, Quest Bars aren’t really cheap. So why not making them yourself?! Here is a recipe for delicious protein bars. You only need three ingredients 🙂

Ingredients | Selfmade Quest Bars

  • 30g protein powder – I always use vanilla whey by Scitec Nutrition which works well for baking – you can get it here
  • 60g Vitafiber – this is the special ingredient of Quest Bars – you can buy it here
  • Ingredients of your choice – I made a “Cookies & Cream Quest Bar” with Oreos, a “Pina Colada Quest Bar” with dried pineapple pieces, and a “Crunchy Quest Bar” with gluten-free waffles

Ingredient suggestions | Flavors

  • Oreos or other cookies of your choice
  • Chocolate pieces
  • Dried fruit
  • Chocolate bars
  • Grated coconut
  • Nuts
  • etc.
