After breakfast we started our tour. We went on a boat with a small group of around eight people and drove to a place around one hour away from our resort. The first goal were mantas. We were super lucky to have seen them right in the beginning. And not only one manta but three 🙂

Our second goal were turtles. We drove to a lagoon and found many of them there. And of course some other beautiful sea creatures. Turtles are my favorite animals so I was uper excited about having been so close to them 🙂

Shortly before sunset we took off to the private island of Maafushivaru in order to have a barbecue right by the beach and spend a night on this beautiful island. When we arrived there we also filmed a bit with the drone for you guys 🙂

It is really an incredible feeling having a whole island by yourself 😀 I’m just feeling super thankful to have experienced something like that… And of course it was also super romantic 😉

Tomorrow we’ll do a second tour: swimming with whale sharks. I’m super excited whether we will be so lucky seeing theses beautiful and big creatures.
