
23 Oct Low Carb Coconut Macaroons – Healthy Christmas Cookies I
Hi lovelies,
last year around this time I shared three healthy recipes for christmas cookies with you guys. I know there’s still some time left until Christmas but they taste delicious even independent of it 🙂 Besides that all recipes are healthy, low carb, and gluten free.
Today I wanna start with my Healthy Coconut Macaroons. The other two recipes will follow soon 🙂

Ingredients | For approx. 6 coconut macaroons
- 100g grated coconut
- 2 egg white
- Optional: 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder – I’m always using this one
- A bit sweetener of your choice
Directions | Coconut Macaroons
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form macaroons.
- Put on a covered sheet and bake them at 160°C for approx. 10 – 12 minutes.
