Healthy Macarons

Macarons are one of the most delicious desserts ever! They are also great as a gift πŸ™‚

In the following you can find detailed instructions (which are also great for beginners) + 2 healthy filling ideas:

Ingredients | Macarons Dough

  • 80g fine ground almonds or almond flour
  • 120g powdered sugar
  • 50g egg white (approx. 2 eggs size M)
  • 20g β€žfinestβ€œ sugar (there is also “fine sugar”, but “finest sugar” is even better)
  • A bit food coloring

Ingredients | Healthy Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
  • 100g light cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (or vegan alternative)
  • Optional: A bit food coloring

Ingredients | Clean Chocolate Filling

  • Approx. 30g chocolate chips with high cocoa content
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
  • 1 egg yolk

Ingredients | Clean Sugar Icing

  • 1 egg white (can be substituted by lemon juice or water for vegan version)
  • Sugar-free powdered sugar
