
30 Sep My Fitness Routine
Fitness has become a very important part of my life. When I sometimes don’t have much time to workout I don’t feel great. Not because I’m afraid to gain weight, but because I miss pushing my limits. Sport makes me feel great, just like good food does.
What kind of sport do you like best? In my case it’s Pilates (with machines) and Fitness at the moment.
My gym is the Leo’s Sports Club in Munich, where I really enjoy working out.
In summer I also like working out outdoors. Although I must admit that I’m not a passionate runner 😛
My favorite is weight and strength training. Although I mainly do endurance training. This means that I use rather light weights but do more reps.
I workout around 4 to 5 times per week, of which I do Pilates with machines around 2 times per week. I always train with a small group of 2 to 3 people only (most of the times good friends of mine) so we almost have personal training. Especially for definition of legs and abs this kind of Pilates is super effective!
